Empowering lives, one meal at a time.
At the heart of every meal is the power to bring hope, nurture connection, and spark change. Together, we’re creating a world where every plate is a step toward a brighter future.
Our Breakfast
Every Sunday morning, we open our doors to provide a warm, welcoming space where anyone in need can enjoy a nutritious breakfast. From 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, our no-barrier service ensures that unhoused individuals and those facing food insecurity can find a meal, kindness, and connection because everyone deserves a good start to their day.
Hot Breakfast
Every Sunday (9:30am – 11:30am)
Vancouver, BC
We aim to serve a nutritious breakfast including fresh fruit, protein, and carbohydrates. As well as a hot breakfast, there is also an assortment of pastries, smoothies, cereals, coffee, canned / dried food, and bottled water.
Donated Clothing and Care Items
Donated clothing as well as purchased underwear, hats, gloves, and assorted care items (razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste) are available to our guests. If you have any clothes to donate, please drop them off between the hours of 9am – 11am every Sunday. Ask for Joe!
Community
Our community is built on warmth, compassion, and acceptance. We strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where everyone is welcomed with dignity and kindness. Here, you’ll find not just a meal or support, but a place where you are valued, understood, and embraced just as you are.
Over 4000 Guest Served
We are thrilled to share that, with your support, we’ve served over 4000 guests! This incredible milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our amazing volunteers. Your time, energy, and compassion have made a real impact in the lives of those we serve.
To everyone who has helped make this happen—thank you! It sure feels good to give, and we’re so grateful to have such a generous community behind us. Here’s to continuing this important work together!
Belonging
We have activities to engage out guests and bring an atmosphere of love, creativity, and belonging. After every breakfast, we have a creative writing group where volunteers and guests alike can let their words flow as an ode to the written word. Also, during breakfast, guests can sign up to play an instrument to perform and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere! We love seeing all the talent!
