Programs & Services

The Three Links Foundation goes beyond serving breakfast every Sunday; we also provide essential hygiene supplies, clothing, and footwear—all delivered with a warm smile!

Breakfast Program

Every Sunday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, our dedicated volunteers prepare a warm breakfast for the homeless, featuring items such as ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches, coffee, muffins, cereal, pancakes, hot chocolate, water, and juice. The menu depends on the donations and ingredients available for the day. Regardless of what is served, our breakfast is always accompanied by a warm smile!

Clothing & Essentials

Upon arrival, our amazing visitors not only enjoy a hearty breakfast but are also invited to explore our clothing selection. We provide shirts, jackets, pants, socks, toques, gloves, and footwear. Additionally, Three Links occasionally has sleeping bags and blankets available for our guests.

On rare occasions when a homeless individual cannot find the right shoes or jacket from our available options, we extend a helping hand by taking them to Value Village to explore additional choices.

Hygiene & Outreach Packs

Hygiene packs, featuring tampons and sanitary pads, are provided to our visitors, with additional donations made weekly to women’s shelters where necessary. Our Outreach Packs, distributed within our hall for those in need, include essentials like granola bars, socks, sanitary wipes, and McDonald’s gift certificates, aiming to offer support to the community.

Empowerment

We have the privilege of meeting incredible individuals who come through our doors, many of whom are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. Beyond offering breakfast and clothing, we aim to empower them with respect and dignity, involving them in setting up for breakfast or creating outreach packs containing essentials like socks, food, and McDonald’s gift certificates.
